I'm glad I came across this article so I can avoid any purchase from them. I guess in your case I would see if you can pirate the font and download it 'illegally' because in case anyone ever comes knocking you can in fact prove your legal purchase after all. Still, it's insane to think that your original purchase counts for less than 20min of their time. Good luck. Very sad customer support.
